Hi Ace
I thought you might appreciate an update on the performance of your trap hauler here on the East coast. To say the least we are quite impressed. The first hauler we purchased actually went overboard and remained submerged in saltwater before divers retrieved it a few weeks later. We simply cleaned the hauler, changed the electrical connections and the Brutus Trap Hauler has worked like a charm ever since. Excellent product!!

Dear Ace Line Hauler,
Just a quick note to thank you for the outstanding after sales service!
We own a fishing resort in Quatsino Sound (Eagle Manor Resort) and have used your line hauler for the last four years with no issues whatsoever!
After a full day of fishing the West Coast, there's no way I'm going to pull crab/prawn gear by hand and my Ace Line Hauler does it effortlessly! Our guests can't believe "the Ace" has so much torque for its size. Well done!

Hello Ace Line Hauler
I just wanted to drop you a line and say I have had no problems with my puller...three years light use... 4-10 pots one or two hundred pulls a season. I really like its portability, especially with the aftermarket custom case I bought for it. I just wanted to compliment you on your outstanding service. I am an active member of the Coastside Fishing Club and I've been reading and hearing of your excellent service regarding the Ace Line Hauler. Congratulations on exceptional service for your pot puller. It validates the confidence you have in your product.

I just got back from a week in Prince William Sound in Alaska, shrimping. I'm probably too critical about equipment I acquire. This brings up the subject of your line hauler. I can't find a damn thing wrong with it other than I wish I'd bought one sooner!! It worked flawlessly. I can even carry on a conversation while I'm using it and it slipped right in my Canon downrigger base. (I’ll probably remake that base out of aluminum). We yanks used to think it was only good if it was made in the U.S. Well you Canucks shattered that myth. Keep up the good work, my Canadian brothers and sisters.

Hi to Everyone at Ace Line Hauler.
I just wanted to say thanks for the wonderful job you did on my puller. When I took the puller out of the box I was totally blown away. Your service is unmatched anywhere and I will definitely be passing the word along to my fishing buddies and anyone else whom will care to listen. You are the best!
Thanks from Dan White in Comox.
I purchased one of your Brutus line haulers in May... just in time for the crabbing season here at the north end of Hood Canal in Washington. Your line hauler has exceeded my expectations! I don't usually write "fan letters" about products I use, but my Brutus works so well that I had to let you know. I'm a recreational crabber, but I crab often... pulling pots almost every day. I set my pots in 110' of water or thereabouts, and the Brutus pulls them up effortlessly. I even bought some commercial pots (in Canada) and they are extremely heavy... perhaps 40 lbs. The Brutus handles them with no problem. Congratulations on an outstanding product, and feel free to quote my comments in your ads.
